we will begin this transmission with a reminder that
we have called it the empowerment of being you

好了 

now

你們星球上的許多人會認為做你自己是最簡單的事情

many people on your planet would think that
it is the simplest thing to be who you are

但是 

and yet

你們許多人在你們的社會中 從小被教育相信了許多不同類型的信念體系 

many of you are brought up in your society
buying into many different kinds of belief systems

比起你自己的信念系統，比起那些必然完全符合你所是的信念系統，
它更多的是與別人的信念系統有關

that have more to do with other people's beliefs than
your own than the ones that are necessarily fully aligned with who you are

儘管如此

nevertheless

很多這些信念系統是被給予你們的

many of those belief systems are given to you

以便你能夠完成你所選擇的主題， 來探索轉變不是你的信念，然後釋放它們 

so that you can fulfill the theme you chose to explore of
transforming beliefs that are not yours and letting them go

並且用真正更能代表你所是的信念來取代它們 

and replacing them with belief that are
really more representative of who you are

那樣你就可以體驗到一個自我授權的轉變 

so that you can experience a transformation of self-empowerment

所以這不像是不是你的信念就不該屬於那裡 

so it's not like the belief that aren't yours don't belong there

它們服務的目的是，通過找出這些不服務於你的信念，
不與你所是對齊一致的信念的這一過程，來讓你發現你是誰

they serve the purpose of allowing you to discover
who you are through the process of finding out
what those beliefs are that
don't serve you that are out of alignment with who you are

and as we said allowing yourself to create the definition
create the beliefs that work for you

真正更能代表你的核心本質，你的核心頻率的信念和定義

that are truly more representative of your core essence your core frequency

so that you can through that process empower yourself and become truly you

 

當你開始釋放不是你的那些信念

now the idea is that when you begin to let go of those belief that are not yours

總之，你會感受到更大的授權， 你會感受到更多的自由，你會感受到更加的輕盈

you will feel more empowerment you will feel more freedom you will feel lighter in a word

你如何知道你在攜帶那些壓迫著你的不是你的信念

how you know you are carrying around beliefs that aren't yours is that they weigh you down

在你的生活中對於按照你的最高激情去行動，你感到有所抗拒

you feel resistance in your life to acting on your highest passion

在那個時候總是出現有理由不那麼去做

there are always reasons that's come up to not do so

在那個時候總是有看起來複合邏輯的藉口 

there are always excuses that seemed logical at the time

這些都是你的線索，表明你攜帶了與你無關的想法、信念

those are your clues that you're carrying around ideas beliefs
that have nothing to do with you

但這些東西（指激情興奮）屬於你，它們沒什麼重量

those things that belong to you weigh nothing

它們不會壓垮你，事實上它們會給予你能量，驅使你向前

they do not weigh you down in fact
they energize you they drive you forward

as we have said acting on your highest passion
brings the driving engine into your life of energy

again the idea is this is a process of
self-awareness self-recognition self-empowerment

know thyself

the most important thing to really dig down and investigate who you are

to understand the difference between what is you and what is not you

並且通過這一過程， 你們許多人經常會吸引你不喜歡的東西來到你的生活中

and through that process many of you will attract into
your lives quite often things you don't prefer

這是因為你可以使用這個過程作為一個對照，
來清楚地明白什麼是你不喜歡的和什麼是你喜歡的之間的區別

but this is because you can use that as a comparison
to have clarity between the difference of what you don't prefer and what you do

所以任何時候，你可能會注意到你不喜歡的某個東西，

so anytime that you may observe something
you don't prefer it doesn't mean that you're on the wrong path

這不是關於發生了什麼 

it's not about what happened

it's about what you do with what happened

it's about how you respond to what happened

it's about as we have said your state of being

and as long as you remain in the state of being that
you believe is most representative of who you are that
frequency of energy that is your core essential self

你總是能夠會以積極的方式利用在任何境遇下在任何情況下所發生的任何事情並從中獲益

you will always be able to use whatever happened
in any given circumstance in any given situation
in a positive way and get a benefit out of it

不管它看起來如何，不管它是如何發生的，這並不重要 

no matter how it looks no matter how it was originated it does not matter

只有存在的狀態會讓你以你喜歡的方式或者你不喜歡的方式來經驗你的人生

only the state of being will allow you to experience
your life in the way that you prefer to or in the way that you don' t

so by always choosing to stay in a state of being that is your preferential one

那麼你會一直讓授權被感受到

you will always let the empowerment be felt

你會一直讓你的力量貫通你

you will always allow your power to flow through you

你不會失去你的力量

you will not be giving your power away

你將是你能夠成為的最棒的表達

you will be the best expression of you you can be

畢竟這是你人生的根本目的， 就是盡你最大的可能性做你自己，唯一無二的你所是的你

which after all is your fundamental purpose
in life to be you the unique you that you are as fully as you possibly can

這是你根本的目的

that's your fundamental purpose

 

 

你如何選擇去做，這取決於你 

how you choose to do that is up to you

你的興奮和同步性會向你展示什麼是真正的你，什麼不是真正的你

now your excitement and synchronicity
will show you what is truly you and what is not

所以務必要跟隨它，順其自然

so by all means follow it and go with the flow

但是要理解的是這不是關於控制事物

but understand that it's not about controlling things

這是關於臣服

it's about surrendering

 

 

當我們講到臣服，這不是關於要放棄控制 

and when we say surrendering it's not about giving up control

如果這是你解釋“臣服”概念的方式

if that's the way you're interpreting the concept of surrender

那麼你對此有一個無效的定義，而且與你真實的本質核心不一致

then you have the definition that doesn't work and
is out of alignment with your true essential core

臣服並不是意味著放棄控制

surrendering does not mean giving up control

臣服意味著允許你自己放手你認為控制應該是怎樣的

surrendering means allowing yourself to let go of
what you think control should be

並接受你實際上已經自然地在控制了

and actually accept the control you already naturally have

因為你們每個人都在控制中 

because you all have it

一切都在你的控制之中，你只是在玩一場遊戲假裝你失控了

you're all in control you're just playing a game to pretend that you're not

所以這是關於放下和順其（真正的你）自然地流動 

so it's about letting go and going with the flow of the current that is truly you

因為這個湧流會準確地攜帶你去往你需要被攜帶去的地方

because that current will carry you exactly where you need to be carried

這就是臣服的意義

that's what surrender mean

通過讓你自己被你真正所是的湧流攜帶到你真正需要去的地方

you're surrendering to the control you already have

你就是在臣服於你已經是在控制之中了

by letting yourself be carried by the current that
is truly you to the places you really need to go

 

 

有時候像你們所說的，在你的生活中 你想要的可以與你所需的一致 

sometimes what you say you want in life can coincide with what you need

但往往你想要的也許是無效的信念系統的產物 

but very often what you want maybe the product of belief systems that don't work

和未必以你最佳利益被表達的小我結構的產物

and ego structures that aren't necessarily being expressed in your best interest

所以這也許一直需要更清楚一點和更具建設性一點去理解，
最重要的事就是你需要什麼的目的是為了做你自己

so it is always perhaps a little bit more clear and a little bit
more constructive to understand that the most important
thing is what you need in order to be yourself

不是你認為你需要才想要的那麼些東西 

not so much what you want that you think you need

這是關於你真正需要的

it's about what you truly need

 

 

如果你放下並且順應你真正的能量，你真正的本質，你真正的潮流 

and if you let go and go with the flow of your true energy
your true essence your true current

你會一直體驗到你所需要的

you will always experience what you need

你只需要開始去真正信任你人生展開的方式

you just have to begin to really trust the way your life unfold

並保持在積極的狀態

and stay in that positive state

那樣不管發生了什麼，不管出現了什麼 

so that no matter what happens no matter what comes up

你將在那個狀態中積極地回應

you will respond positively stay in that state

你會得到益處，在每個境遇中總有好處等著你 

and you will get the benefit that
is always there in every circumstance for you

so if you allow yourself to really wrap
your mind around the instruction manual

你將能夠利用現實的構造，現實的特性來使你獲益匪淺 

you will be able to utilize that the structure of
reality the nature of reality to your advantage

而不是利用它來使你不利

instead of utilizing it to your disadvantage

當然，除非你很興奮處於不利的地位 

unless of course you're excited about being disadvantaged

我不會阻止你的，如果你是的話

and I won't stop you if you are

 

 

但總的來說，你們現在都認識到你們真正的力量

but the idea in general is that you're all now waking up to your true power

你正在變得越來越自我授權，越來越自我覺知

you're becoming more self-empowered more self-aware

越意識和越認識到你值得去體驗你真實的自我

more aware and recognizing that you deserve to experience your true self

你值得去顯化真正屬於你的東西

that you deserve to manifest the things that are truly you

因為它們總是會帶給你快樂，它們總是會帶給你狂喜

because they will always bring you joy they will always bring you bliss

它們總是會授權給你， 它們總是可以在完美的時機準確地帶你去往你需要去的地方

they will always empower you they will always
take you exactly where you need to go in perfect timing

你將能夠在你的生活中走上最小阻力的路徑

and you will be able to walk the path of least resistance in your life

此外，這些並不僅僅是甜言蜜語 

and again these are not just nice words

這不僅僅是一種哲學 

this is not just a philosophy

這是一個造物是如何構造的真實的描述

this is an actual description of how creation is structured

所以如果你開始真正的理解，這是一個指導手冊

so if you begin to really understand that this is an instruction manual

其中只有很少的使用說明

and that there are very few instructions in it

that it is truly a very simplistic idea

then you will begin to be able to utilize
these tools that are contained within it

in a very clear and precise and powerful way

and you will experience your life transforming

and you'll be able to walk through life in

and you will as the puzzle piece fit perfectly with
all other puzzle pieces who are also truly being who they are

再次，這都是與跟隨你的興奮有關

for again it's all about acting on your excitement

是的，就像我們說過的，
興奮並不是意味著你必須要反應強烈上躥下跳和滔滔不絕地說話

now yes as we have said excitement doesn't mean that
you have to be jumping up and down all the time and talking a mile a minute

不是的，你可以是平靜的，你可以是平和的

no you can be calm you can be peaceful

你可以是沉思狀態也可以表達（對你而言是真的）你的興奮 

you can be meditative and still be expressing
your excitement the excitement that is true for you

因此

自我授權，做真正的你，將會使你在完美的時機與你所需要對齊的一切保持一致

self-empowerment being the true you will align
you with everything that you need to be aligned with in perfect timing

請記住，你在許多方面，已經為這一生制定了所有你需要的約定

please remember that you have in many ways made all
the appointments that you need to make for this life

所有你需要的與你相關的事物可以在完美的時間點為你顯化

all the things that you need that are relevant
for you can manifest for you in perfect timing

唯一的例外是如果你花費你的時間和精力懷疑和擔憂你是否會錯過約定

and that the only exception to this is to spend your time and
energy wondering and worrying if you will miss an appointment

這是你唯一會錯過約定的方式

that is the only way you will miss the appointment

if you don"t spend your energy and time wondering
and worrying if everything that needs to happen will happen

then everything that needs to happen will happen

but it will happen in perfect timing

you are not necessarily always the arbiter of what that timing ought to be

但如果你信任你人生大幕展開的方式

but if you trust the way your life unfolds

並且你信任興奮工具箱裡的同步性工具

and you trust the synchronicity tool within the kit of excitement

你會看到，無論時機發生在哪段時間裡

you will see that whatever amount of time the timing occurs in

實際上永遠會是這段你需要去體驗的，正帶你朝向那個目標的過程的最洽當的時機點

will actually always be perfect for the amount of time you needed to experience the process of getting you to that point

所以當那個時機顯露的時候

so that by the time the timing unfold

你將會對此有最由衷的感激

you will have the deepest possible appreciation

和最深的領悟

the deepest possible understanding

和最深刻的體驗:無論在完美的時機向你揭曉的是甚麼

and the deepest possible experience of whatever it is that is 

unfolding in perfect timing for you

總是有一個原因要去經歷這個過程，如果這個過程是必要的

there was always a reason to go through the process if the process is necessary

它總是會富足你和使你能夠充分地利用任何向你顯化的事物

it will always enrich you and give you the ability to fully use whatever it is that manifests for you

again by trusting the way your life unfold

通過相信你已經擁有你所需要散發的振動

by trusting that you already have the vibration that you need to give off 

它一直都從你身上放射出來

it is always radiating from you

毫無例外地在正確的時刻正好顯化需要被顯化的事物

and always manifesting exactly
what needs to be manifest at exactly the right moment

此外，即使顯化了對你......

now . again even if what manifests is you

容許我們說是能夠以中立的角度去觀察，即使顯化了也許不是你喜歡的東西

shall we say are capable of observing neutrally that it may not be what you prefer

仍然覺察到它存在於此是有原因的

still recognize it must be there for a reason

這個原因就是給你一個機會，通過使自己認識到那不是你所喜歡的來授權你自己

and that reason is to give you an opportunity
to empower yourself by recognizing that it is not what you prefer

but not going into a non-preferred state about the fact that it is manifested

而是保持在你更喜歡的狀態

stay in your preferred states

and you will be able to always extract the lesson the learning
the benefit from even things you do not prefer

because you will be in a state that will always allow
that thing to translate in a way that benefits you

to translate in a way that align with who you are
